By any chance have you had More Than Enough Winter this year? (Or maybe if you are from Australia or someplace like that, you are tired of hearing all of us Americans and Canadians moaning about it?

Well, these wallpapers just might put an end, or at least a temporary halt, to your winter blues. Even if you think the walls and their story are off the wall (like me! :P) at least listen to the Boogie Woogie Link in the descriptions. The Music should put a smile on [I]any[/I] winter weary face.

Hi Everybody,

I've been trying to send you Christmas greetings for several days, but things kept coming up. The latest one is that I just got back from visiting my brother at the hospital. I was there for at least 4 hours. He got stuck there on Christmas last year too, and is very down about it happening two years in a row. Ongoing health problems are no fun! He's been hospitalized 12 times in the past year...

This has been one of the weirdest Christmas Eves that I've ever had. Actually, my entire [I]week[/I] has been nuts...

I'm glad that I can finally wish you a Merry Christmas. Just in case, have a great new year too! I'm going to try to send you New Years Greetings, but after the week I've had, I'm not counting on nothin'! :P

Hi Everybody!

It feels so great to be able to leave greetings for all of you at last! I have been on DN, but very sporadically. I bet that some of you have been wondering if I fell off of my profile page!

I've been crazy busy, for the past few weeks, and I've had pain issues to deal with too. Thank goodness the pain is over. I had a tooth that got infected and had to have special surgery on it. I had to deal with it for 2 weeks, and the pain medication wasn't helping much. It turned out that this tooth was 3x as infected as the X-ray showed. I'm feeling a lot better now. :)

I've had to put in more hours at my part time job lately. My work computer died a couple of weeks ago. We ended up getting a new used one to replace it. I have a lot of catch up work to do now, so I'm working extra hours until we are more caught up.

I had thought I'd be doing a journal entry today, but if I want to say hi to you all, I will have to skip it this time, because I have to leave the house in an hour. Knowing me, I probably would have gone into too much detail about my tooth anyhow. lol So maybe you should consider yourselves lucky! :D

About these wallpapers--- Two of them are of my dog Katie at a Doggy Halloween costume party. For those of you who aren't from a country that celebrates Halloween, you can see how daft Americans can be about this holiday. Believe it or not, Costume parties for dogs are common over here during this time of year!

Again, I am so glad to be on DN... It is one of my favorite, places to be! I've made so many good friends here!:D You all are the people who make this place so much fun to be. Thank you!!! :D

I just dropped by to say hi! I've been busy with my part time job, but I still love logging in to DN when I can.

I have a trivia question for you. :)

I just uploaded these 3 wallpapers. The 3 of them together illustrate a book title. It was written by a very famous author Can you guess who it is? The answer is in my wallpaper descriptions... you will probably laugh when you realize who it is.
