There is a system on every website on the internet that accepts uploads, (such as Youtube and Flickr) to Report images that are Copyrighted!
Go to the wallpaper and click Report This Wallpaper...follow directions! Also, at the bottom of every page, there is a clickon for DMCA Violations. Our owner handles the legal copyright claims, and responds more quickly than other sites.
In our Upload rules, our members must agree to use Public Domain art and to respect the Copyright laws, before they are allowed to upload. They also receive site violations when found to be responsible. We can never be sure where the art is found, however, if it is not protected well by the artist, it can be cropped and found on other sites all over the internet without any signs of ownership.
It is not our intention to offer images that are not welcomed to be shared. Thanks!
