Hi Everyone

Sorry if I seem to have disappeared off the face of the Earth. I am still alive and kicking. Well alive no kicking. I have had a recurrence of my diverticulitis and have been unwell. I am on medication at the moment so hopefully I will be back to my usual self. Thank you for all the lovely cards and messages you have sent me and I apologise for no replies. I hope you are all well and enjoying life.

At 13.50 on Monday 7th January my daughter Louise presented us with a beautiful grandson Daniel James he weighed in at 8lb 3oz. This is our third grandchild so we now have two grandsons and one granddaughter.

So I apologise if I have missed any messages or haven\'t replied to anyone. As you can appreciate I have been very busy.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
Hello Everyone

There is no doubt I will have forgotten to wish seasons greetings to someone. So I apologise. I hope evryone on DN has a wonderful time over the festive period and lets hope 2013 is going to be a great year. I have a new grandson that should arrive tomorrow on Christmas Day. That is his due date but we will have to wait and see.

Comments on wallpapers
I have a few wallpapers on DN that have over 200 downloads and several that have been added as favourites. But not one single comment has been made. I always comment on peoples walls if I vote for them or fave them. I don\'t mind what ever the comment is good or bad and even if my walls are down voted that is what the site is for for people to express their opinions.

So if you read this please not just mine but all the walls you fave or download please just take a little extra time to add a comment even a single word comment.

Hiya

I totally agree with your statement. If you do not like a wallpaper then just pass by. I always vote on walls I check even if I don\'t comment but never down vote any. I have had lots of down votes on my Lady Gaga walls. It doesn\'t bother me but why do it if they don\'t like it they don\'t have to look at it.

Albert R.I.P.
We have decided that it is time for us to let go of our Albert. His cancer is getting worse and we feel it is kinder to put him to sleep so he can rest in peace.

I may not be on DN for a while.

I would just like to thank everyone who sent me Birthday wishes for Thursday. I had a really wonderful day and the sun shone on me all day.

Scan Result
Well at long last I have the scan result and it turns out I do not have kidney stones thank heavens or any other nasty things lurking inside me. it was just an imflammation of my colon. So no treatment or medication. Phew tha'ts a relief.

Kidney Stones
Hi everyone sorry if I have not replied to your cards and messages .I have been laid up in bed for a few days. The doctor seems to think I have kidney stones and has sent me for a computerised tomography scan and I am awaiting the results. He put me on pain killers and fortunately the pain has gone now.

So I doubt I will be able to catch up with everyone on DN who sent me cards and messages but I do really appreciate them all. You are a wonderful group of people on here.
