FUN well its been a while... As far as track goes, i got 2nd in the county and most improved track girl in the history of our school. Ahh marching band. I have been forced to play the bass clarinet. I hate it almost as much as the flute. but im doing okay. Th... Ahh life... I have been getting in a lot of trouble lately. I have always been "the good girl" but i have gotten detention, my mom called numerous times, and now I am facing possible suspension. Oh and now I have to go to counseling on wednesdays. Track season has st... January! On the 9th there is the final allstate try-out! On the 23rd, it's Bassoon Day!! My parents are letting me go for my birthday which is also in January!!!!... Birthdays.... Haha being 13 is really fun!!! ... S.P.L.O.S.T Splost is my favorite acronym. MUAHAHAHAHA!!! .....hehe~This is my first post unrelated to bassoon by the way... Back to The Grind I have exactly a month to learn an entirely new etude for my next audition. Don't they know I've been working my butt off? Come on, give me a break!!!... Thanks:) Thanks so much!!! That means an awful lot to me... I made it!!! I made it to District Honor Band and to the final audition of Allstate Honor Band! Yipee!!!... It's Today Allstate is today. I am so nervous. I'll tell you if i make it or not later.... 2 More Days!!! I am practicing like crazy. Cromatic..... B flat..... A flat.... Etude.... Sight Reading..... F Scale....Yikes!... Oh no.... ALLSTATE! This Saturday will be my first Allstate Honor Band audition. I scared. Most of the bassoonists there will have been playing for atleast 4 years and I have been playing for only near 5 months! I don't have my new bassoon or any good reeds! I'm stressing ...
