In Northampton We value the pedestrian-friendly, dense, safe communities and developments that allow people to stroll to schools, to services as well as other recreational activities. Northampton has proven incredibly successful in encouraging residents to walk. In areas with no sidewalks, streetscapes , and other facilities for pedestrians could hinder these trips and result in an adverse impact on our economy as well as the value of our property. We're pleased to be a part of CPA initiatives that aim to improve the walkability of our communities.
