No, this is not an F-104 Starfighter but appears to be a B-58 Hustler bomber. Note the three man crew running to the aircraft; the Starfighter had only one crewman, the pilot.

Not to be "nit picky" but the B-17 was the "Flying Fortress". The B-29 was named the "Superfortress" and as just two of them ended the war in the Pacific, a well deserved...
