About Me:Bought these to make protein bars. Whole dates were too difficult for my food processor to grind up, so I thought I would give these a try. First attempt was a failure as my processor couldn't grind these pieces up either. Second attempt I soaked them first and left them too long in the soak. Bars were too soggy. I think they will work with a lesser soak. The pieces themselves are OK. No pits or pieces in them and the flavor is good.
