I didn't understand that your main goal was to have your account deleted. That is an understandable goal, but fudge... some of us are just beginning to formulate a plan to get this website at least somewhat back to what it used to be. We could use someone who is computer & website savvy like you are.

I would still like to send you a PM. I'll try to keep it brief, and I believe it will give you more options for contacting administrators than I have. I promise that I won't try to persuade you to hang around, since that isn't what you are aiming for. I'd like to tell you a little about what I've already been doing to help DN, and how some of what I've been doing led me to your profile.

I can't write it now; I've been unexpectedly pulled into a family activity and I have to go offline for quite awhile. I will send you the PM this evening or tomorrow.

This is a mess, you can simply leave a PM; also if it was not clear enough, I am not here to solve this problem unfortunately;
only wanted to point out how things should not be done and request my account to be deleted with any information related to it;

[B]PS. I just saw what you said about editing comments. When I want to edit a comment, I just copy and paste into notepad, edit it there, and repaste it back in. Hope that helps. I'm a big fan of precautionary copying and pasting as far as this website goes. I learned that the hard way when I tried to send a long PM to someone and discovered I'd been logged out. No more lost PMs for me. [/B]

Also, thank you for deleting the naked caricature woman. :)

I have talked (through PMs) with the people who have run this website in the past. I honestly don't think that they have stopped caring about this website. I am doing everything I can to get in touch with them, and I am not going to give up.

You may be able to help with contacting them. Later today, I will send you a PM letting you know what you might be able to do to reach them that I cannot. When I send that PM to you, I'll unblock my profile.

You are too quick with your assumptions young padawan; although I had something different in mind, insults had served their subtle purposes. (such as reveling individual(s) that can potentially provide more info), since now I see that everything is falling on deaf ears anyways, these wallpapers can be removed.
I am also not familiar with that nickname; One should expect confusion and anger from users who are left in the dark. However thou shalt not assume I am one of them; Users who [I]really [/I]don't care or have some sort of hatred should be long gone. As always I was slightly too masochistic for common logic to apply on me.
Anyway, for now I will update profile post with additional concerns and explanations for souls who happen to wander around. Unless you can add something that would help me (or others) to understand situation better or maybe join your sole efforts. e.g. what have you tried so far etc. There was a similar situation with other wallpaper website in the past. Only after very long time did truth finally emerged.

You really seem to enjoy kicking a website when it's struggling.

For shame. This website has been a blessing to so many people for many years. There is illness or something going on that is keeping the people in charge from doing their jobs.

I am doing everything I can to get in touch with an administrator. I want to be part of the solution, not part of the problem.
