I can think of many so people on DN who are going through some rough times right now. I've heard from many of you. And I am one of them myself.

If you are sad or struggling right now, I hope that this wallpaper with it's description and song links will encourage you. If you are doing well, that is great! Maybe you can send this wallpaper to someone who needs it.

I have been having trouble finding time for Desktop Nexus lately, because there has been so much turmoil in my life. But I love it on DN. I am determined stay active on this wonderful website!

I think this wallpaper is my way of looking at all of my troubles--- and punching them in the nose. In other words I'm fighting back!

A lot of us are scrambling to get ready for Christmas and New Years right now...

I have posted a true story in my journal (on December 22nd) It is full of love, peace, joy, O:-) and uh.... oh, who am I kidding? :P

The name of the story is "The Great Santa Claus Fight." I was 13 years old when it happened. I hope you enjoy it. lol :D

There are so many of you that I am behind on getting back to! You've had some great things to say and share.. Hopefully, I can finally start playing catch up now! I will try...:D

Sara1970 told me something that has stuck with me. I don't know anyone that could disagree with it. She read a quote that goes something like this: (her words)

"No matter what is going wrong in your life, someone else in the world wishes they had YOUR problems."

That saying rang so true when I found out about the tragedy in Connecticut at Sandy Hook school. Anyone who suffered the loss of a loved one would trade that agony for my failed hard drive-- in a heart beat!

If you would like to do something on DN to reach out to the people in Conneticut, I have some ideas about how to do that. Please see my journal entry for December 17th.

I hope you check it out. Originally it was going to be part of my greetings, but it made them too long!:P (A little bit of the journal entry will be repeated, but most of it is not.):)

My wallpapers this week are pretty self explanatory... especially the middle one, if you read my journal entry. I put a lot of thought into the Sandy Hook Wallpaper, and I put a lot of fun into the 2 Christmas tree Fractals, (that are made from a photo of a Christmas tree.)

Christmas is coming. I hope I manage to catch it! lol
