Hi Everybody,

I hope all of you who celebrate Thanksgiving had a great one!

I have a clarification to make about a certain turkey of a recipe that I posted in my journal....

I told a few of you (mostly Americans) about the recipe and encouraged you to read it. But I put a picture of a lovely turkey dinner in my post. I think that many of you already had beautiful turkeys in the oven and didn't concern yourselves with reading mine because you didn't need it.

My bad! I really should have used the following picture. It fits my recipe a lot better!

Now try reading my crazy recipe. It may give you a whole new outlook on what cooking is all about!!!!

Well, it took so much time to clarify my silly recipe, that I won't take much time to talk about the 2 wallpapers I just uploaded, except to say that they are Christmas ones. Which of course, you can probably tell anyway!
