Very "Grand" ... almost reminds me of something painted by one of the Renaissance's classical painters.
I think this is due to the primary focal point of the image being the grouping of the clouds which offset the "smallness" of the central anime character and the bird of prey.
Very cool. Any info on the anime artist who did this?
